Keynote Speaker: Sheikh Omar Suleiman
This year's Fast-a-Thon keynote speaker is Omar Suleiman, who will give an enlightening speech on Islam and its role in the public domain. Omar Suleiman is the Imam of Abu-Bakr As Siddique Mosque in New Orleans, Louisiana, and has served as Outreach Coordinator for the Islamic Council of North America (ICNA) Relief since 2005. He has Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Islamic Studies, and is currently working on a Master's Degree in Islamic Jurisprudence.
